Hello Canadian wine lover,

 

Since 2020, we've tasted over 15,000 Canadian wines at more than 160 wineries. Carl brought his 30+ years in the wine industry as wine pro, and Mira brought her experience organizing some of Canada's largest events. 

 

Along the way, we found the places worth going back to, the cellars most people never get to taste, and the super talented winemakers most people never get to meet. 

 

That’s what these weekends are all about. Insider access with a small group, standing in the vineyards and cellars where Canada's greatest wines are made, and tasting wines you might not normally find out about (but are rated amongst our highest).

 

We handle the details like your transportation and the full itinerary. Kick off on Friday with a complimentary, casual welcome wine night with food and local winery guests. 

 

Saturday is a full day of insider wine tastings and experiences, plus lunch. 

 

On Sunday you choose your adventure: golf and lunch with Carl, or a slower Sunday Fun Day with things like a boat cruise, vineyards by golf cart, or a spa, and an award winning brunch...before we all meet up for one last tasting experience.

 

You just show up and enjoy. If you'd like, you can even add on a stay with us, at a 'Canadian wine mansion' for the weekend.

Which wineries will we visit?

Please reach out and we're happy to share wineries on each itinerary. Even if you've been to these wineries before, we guarantee you'll have a different and amazing experience 'behind the scenes.' 

 

Please note that the winery we visit may change with short notice if the winemaker, winery owner or a similarly knowledgeable staff member is not available to host us. Either way, expect unforgettable experiences not normally available, and Carl to guide your visit.

Can I join for just part of the touring weekend?

Yes! We have split up the weekends into several ticket options. Feel free to reach out via email or phone if you'd like to join for any specific events that aren't split out separately on the booking page. 

If I upgrade my membership to get the 25% off, can I get that same rate for my spouse or friends?

Yes! Feel free to bring friends along! Just have them use the same code you will receive when booking so they receive the Collector pricing.

What is Carl's Wine Club?

Carl's Wine Club is Canada's first pan-Canadian wine club connecting wine lovers directly with Canadian wine growers.

 

Being a member of the wine club is FREE and you have access to our informative emails and our live virtual events with Carl to learn more about Canadian wineries.

 

We feature a different Canadian winery every 1-2 weeks with a specially curated mix of wines. You choose if and how much wine to purchase, with winery direct pricing and shipping deals. 

 

On Wednesdays (yes Wine Wednesdays!) we also go LIVE on our social media platforms to chat about Canadian wine and often interview winemakers.

 

You can optionally  upgrade your membership for event discounts, special access wines, in-home tastings, cellar appraisals and more. 

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend after you book, please contact us. Cancel with at least one week notice for a full refund or credit, or receive a credit for a future event should you cancel with less notice. Please reach out at carl@carlswineclub.com or call 587-899-8249. 

 

Should our events be cancelled due to a major emergency or any other unforseen circumstances, you will receive a refund or credit for future events.

How do the group accommodations work?

You can optionally stay in a large rented home with Carl, Mira, and a few other couples. It makes the evenings incredibly fun and relaxed… plus two breakfasts are included, special bottles will be opened, and lots of great wine conversations to be had. This option generally comes to $300-400 per night all inclusive, for a room and breakfast. Rooms sleep up to two people in a queen or king size bed, and singles beds are available upon request. Rooms can be selected with a private ensuite or choose a shared ensuite for savings.
