The palate is well balanced with good acidity, which is perfect for the dinner table, but also good richness on the mid-palate. Flavours are dominated by bright blue fruits, as well as sweet tobacco leaves, a hint of charcoal past the mid-palate, and a finish bursting with spice from that Syrah.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn blind tasting, this wine reminds me a lot of the Da Silva Vinho Tinto, which is a great compliment.
