Sourced from the outstanding Mio Vineyard on the Lincoln Lakeshore, this small batch Gamay stands out for purity and varietal precision.

On the nose, it's potpourri, violet, hint of mushroom, red berry fruits, and Christmas cake aromas. The palate leads me to a medium-plus body Gamay with perfect concentration and alcohol levels. Crushed raspberry, sweet tobacco leaves, and a very long and spicy finish. I love this wine - a stand out!

This wine was bottled recently in Fall of 2026, so if you get it as a pre-release, you may want to give it a bit of time in your cellar.
