The palate is thick and textural with stunning balance between a lifted acidity, mid palate weight, length and complexity. The palate showcases flavours of apricots, white peach, cantaloupe, and a key component of sweet lime. The finish is very classic for Niagara Riesling with flinty minerality that lingers and evolves. This wine is just getting started and will improve for at least a decade. The price point is more than perfect...a fantastic value!
