The grapes come mostly from the iconic Hughes Vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eAromas of lime, lemon, yellow apple, brioche, and white flowers are very expressive from the first drop. The palate is precise but rich, and the bubbles are fine and tenacious. Flavours of gooseberry, pink grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit lead into a slightly chalky finish, which I appreciate a lot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eAll in all, this is a delicious sparkling wine, and the fact that it comes in a half bottle makes it even more convenient.
