Led by grapes like Gruner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Viognier, Pinot Meunier, and Auxerois, this bubbly delivers soft layers of orchard fruit wrapped around a solid frame of acidity, keeping the structure upright and efficient. The bubbles are small and very pleasing. Nose of peach,  pear, orange peel, lavender and chamomile. The flavours are expressive and surprisingly well balanced for $20. You can expect flavours of white peach, sweet lemon, grapefruit and yellow apple.  One of my top wines for summer this year!
