112 Canadian Chardonnays tasted LIVE...a record-breaker!

Do you love Chardonnay? Well we sure do. And we think Chardonnay is perhaps the wine that Canada does the best from Coast to Coast.

For our fourth annual Chardonnay varietal marathon, we went live for over six and a half hours. During the live show, Carl tasted and reviewed 112 Canadian Chardonnays.

No that's not a typo.

A record-breaker for Carl's Wine Club (and maybe the world?).

The total value of the wines open was $4,733.02, for an average of $42.26 per bottle. So we could better compare 'apples to apples' we used the prices including tax throughout this post. You can see a full list of the wines and scores here. A huge thank you to each of the wineries who participated by sending a bottle of their Chardonnay!
