From an iconic vineyard on the Golden Mile, South Okanagan, this beautiful wine offers seductive and precise aromas of violet, blueberry, cassis, black cherry, expresso coffee, cedar, a hint of juniper, and lots of oak spices. The palate is stunning in terms of balance and texture. Perfect combination of bright acid, moderate-plus alcohol, and toasty, well-integrated oak. The tannins are soft and plush, while the finish is long, spicy, and simply spectacular. This wine offers the perfect weight on the mid-palate (not too light, not too heavy).

You’ll find flavours of blueberry jam, black cherry, blue plum, cured meat, dark chocolate, black orange tea, sweet tobacco leaves, and white and black cracked pepper. An absolute GEM. One of my favorite BC Syrah of all time… and I mean it! (Carl Boucher, January 21, 2026) Only 214 cases made.

From a single vineyard on the “Golden Mile Bench” sub-appellation, this South Okanagan Syrah has the potential to become a classic with just a bit more time in the cellar. A rich, soft and polished style, with plenty of expressive blue fruit, spices and cloves on the nose with black licorice and violets. On the palate, you’ll discover a full-bodied wine, with polished, fine tannins, with waves of warmed cassis, black cherry and plum sauce gliding through a meaty mid-palate. Stays firmly grounded through the finish, with dark chocolate, tobacco, warm earth and lingering white pepper, providing nice textural contrast and additional length. This is clean throughout, escaping smoke effects that hit different pockets of the valley in 2021. A fantastic wine for $40.00 plus tax (members only).

The 2022 Vinho Tinto continues to be one of the smartest buys for BC red wine lovers. It carries the clear signature of an exceptional, balanced Okanagan vintage, showing ripe fruit, freshness, and polish in equal measure. This wine often includes new oak and fruit from the exact same premium vineyard sites that feed into the Legado program, specifically the Nobreza Meritage, one of the highest-rated red wines we’ve ever featured in the club, but here it’s delivered at a fraction of the price.

Expect notes of cassis, blackberry, and dark cherry, with hints of violet, cedar box, and spice.  This is followed by a round, approachable palate with dark fruit depth, a touch of chocolate. A subtle oak influence brings a spicy lift towards the end, finishing bright and well-structured.

From two spectacular sources of Pinot Noir on the Naramata Bench (Hidden Hollow Vineyard and Blenheim Hill Vineyard). Round, soft, layered and silky, this young wine is a great representation of the warm 2023 vintage. The nose is exuberant and warm with licorice, cherry, oak spices and leather. Fresh and distinctive, the new Da Silva Chardonnay is another stunning release. Sourced from their home vineyard on the Naramata Bench and the OI’Lemke's Vineyard in Osoyoos, this Chardonnay delivers a fantastic blend of citrus fruits vis a vis orchard fruits, with an impressive overall complexity. The nose opens up with captivating aromas of lime, orange peel, peach, tangerine, jasmine flowers and a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, it displays bright and vibrant flavours of white peach, lemon drop and yellow apple, driven by a lively acidity. The orchard and citrus notes are beautifully complemented by a subtle brioche character, while the American oak influence adds a pleasant roundness, enhancing the wine’s balance and structure. The alcohol level is spot on with just under 13 percent. The finish has a great deal of energy, while white spice develops slowly and ramps up intensity towards the very end. This single-vineyard Chenin Blanc has developed a cult following over the last few years. Freshness, energy, minerality, complexity—this wine has it all.
The Hidden Hollow Vineyard, located on the Naramata Bench, has become one of the premier sources of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc in the entire Okanagan Valley. The burst of minerality in this wine is likely the main reason for its growing reputation. On the nose, expressive aromas of lemon, lime, honeydew melon, passion fruit, orange peel, and ginger create a seductive and intriguing bouquet—both sexy and compelling. The palate is vibrant and textural, highlighted by flavors of Key lime and meringue pie, layered with notes of orange zest, lemon, and green apple. Bright, fleshy, with lively minerality, this Fume Blanc is right in line with the previous vintage. A fantastic expression of the Hidden Hollow Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. Aromas include lime, lemon twist, orange blossom, grapefruit, passionfruit and oak spices. The palate is soft but energetic, the oak is delicate in flavour but efficient in texture, and the length is impressive. Flavours of fresh lemon intertwine with grassiness and passion fruits while a welcomed vanilla and lemon meringue component fill the mid palate. The finish is bright and offers light spices, probably developed by the toasted oak barrels, and the minerality highlights this wine while taking the finish to the next level. This is a snapshot of the great potential of the 2022 vintage for white wines in British Columbia. I really like this wine! 344 cases made. Tasted February 2024 and re-tasted in June 2024.

Very approachable at an early stage. Soft tannins, great weight on the mid-palate, balanced alcohol, nice oak profile. Overall, a delicious wine, showing good mid-term aging potential. Nose of kirsch, black cherry, casis and mocha. On the palate, black forest cake, red pepper jelly, black cherry, crushed raspberry, oak spices and tobacco. The finish hits you with white pepper but also crushed gravel. A great Cab Franc, very consistent with the previous four vintages tasted from this very vineyard. This Chardonnay is stunningly complex and tenacious showing a great mix between fresh citrus fruits and roundness of the tropical edges, and a layer of stoney minerality. On the nose, the aromas of lemon meringue pie come up first, quickly followed by a burst of tropical fruits, chamomile tea and ginger. The palate is very well layered and tremendously complex offering yellow baked apple and Meyer lemon on the front palate before hitting some tropical notes with grilled pineapple and mango, before developing distinctive toasty and oak spices like cardamom and clove, white pepper, pie crust and caramel. The length of this wine is absolutely spectacular. One of the best BC Chardonnays, without a doubt! It is showing beautifully just a month after bottling, but I expect that this wine could score 96 points with just a few more years of bottle aging. (CWC, 08/04/23). 100 cases made.

We crafted this wine following the centuries-long tradition of feild blending common to our family's Portuguese heritage.

Intense notes of ripe pink grape fruit and freshly picked strawberries…that finishes in a crescendo of bright acidity.

70% Merlot / 30% Pinot Noir

Carl's Notes from the 2022 vintage:

Vibrant, expressive and serious, this rosé has so much to offer. On the nose, generous aromas of orange, strawberry pie, red apple and a hint of fresh herbs like basil and parsley. On the palate, the texture is round and gracious, offering distinctive flavours of fresh squeezed navel orange, field strawberries and the bitterness of a rhubarb stick, which brings precision to this small batch rosé. The finish is snappy and lively, and so far one of the most complex rosés of the 2022 vintage! Well done Richard Da Silva… (CWC, 04/04/23).

Like many wines from the 2019 vintage, this single vineyard Cabernet Franc shows a high level of elegance and complexity, taking over the richness and power seen in other vintages. The nose opens up with floral aromas followed by red currant, red cherry and raspberry. The palate brings some very classic Cab Franc flavours like red pepper jelly, dark cherry, ripe raspberry, preserved cranberry and dark chocolate. The mid palate is fresh, bright and displays a spectacular acidity which lifts the whole tasting experience up to the next level. The finish offers great minerality like graphite and crushed gravel before hitting some spicy tones like white pepper and clove. This medium body wine will evolve and develop gracefully over the next 5 to 7 years. (CWC, 25/11/22). 154 cases made.

Rich and smooth, but balanced and fresh, this medium+ body Merlot perfectly profiles the star power and potential of this grape varietal in the Okanagan, especially from the Naramata Bench and the Penticton area. The nose is very expressive with aromas of dark cherry, blue plum, black olives, licorice, dark chocolate and freshly chopped herbs. On the palate, the flavours offer sweet blue fruits like blueberry, plum and cassis, well supported by a fresh acidity which helps lift the mid palate and the earthy and herbaceous components. The finish highlighted the readiness of the wine with soft and enjoyable tannins, chewy tobacco leaves and oak spices. (CWC, 21/11/22). 194 cases made.

The palate is bold, complete and velvety, with a long, lingering finish driven by dark berries and refined tannins. the finish is long and refined, the texture is riche and on point. This is “la crème de la crème” of the Da Silva portfolio, a tribute to their farming heritage and their knowledge of the terroir of the Okanagan Valley. The grapes were sourced from three vineyards carefully selected throughout the valley where each of them brings different attributes to the wine. This is the 2019 vintage at its best with a great deal of finesse, elegance and complexity. The nose is expressive and parfumy, offering aromas of blackberry, ripe raspberry, cedar, licorice and pencil shaving. The palate is graciously layered with flavours of blue plum, raspberry, dark cherry and cassis at first before transitioning towards an “Old World” savouriness well integrated with vanilla and dark chocolate. The finish is long and spicy with a defined expression of cloves and white pepper while the tannins are present but already well integrated, which is surprising for a young 2019 wine. The 10 to 12 years of aging potential will reward those who can be patient for this “Okanagan Masterpiece”. (CWC, 10/20/2022). 179 cases made.
