This is a wine of finess, power and precision. one of the most outstanding Canadian bubbly ever produced. In the glass, a gentle gold colour with a light amber hue. On the nose, aromas of dried fruits, toasted nuts, orange zest and freshly baked bread are complicated whispers of honeycomb. The palate is both soft and powerful, with vivacious notes of raw almond, toasted saffron and candied ginger. Fine and silky in texture, this wine is surprisingly youthful considering its distinctive maturity. (Carl Boucher, June 1, 2024).
