2021 River Stone Cabernet Franc

An elegant, well balanced single vineyard Cabernet Franc showing energy and freshness. On the nose, discrete aromas of violet, wild raspberry, red currant, red pepper, fresh herbs and dark chocolate, showing a wine with multiple layers and a vibrant approach. The palate is round and soft delivering precise flavours of red cherry, wild berries, ripe raspberry, tomato leaves, red licorice, vanilla, red velvet cake, and a mild touch of black crack pepper.
