An irreverent riot in a glass! A super pleasant wine with soft texture and very explosive flavour, perfectly designed to be the absolute crowd pleaser and summer sipper. Basically, every white grape varietal you can find under the Blasted Church portfolio is included, blended with great care to deliver a homogeneous result. On the nose, the aromas are very expressive with notes of peach, pear, lichee (from the Gew 😊), passion fruits and white flowers like lilac and chamomile. The result on the palate is surprisingly exciting with an explosion of peach, apricot, green apple, orange marmalade, and a back-bone of lemon which keeps the structure all together. I did not find unpleasant residual sugar which is often the case in a crowd pleaser white wine blend. Very well priced at $20!
