2022 Chain Reaction “Tailwind” Pinot Gris

One of the finest BC Pinot Gris you'll come across! The grapes are sourced from two great Okanagan vineyards, mostly from the OPG vineyard in Kaleden and a small amount from the Naramata Bench. The combination delivers a textural wine with a hint of residual sugar and a great burst of acidity, which provides balance and seriousness. On the nose, your glass is filled with aromas of pear, yellow apple, melon and white flowers while the palate deliciously matches the aromas. There’s a lot of BC Pinot Gris around as this is the most planted white grape varietal, but Chain Reaction delivers a textural and sensual version of it, highlighted with balanced acidity and a rich mid-palate.
