A single vineyard wine from the Similkameen Valley’s Whispered Secret Vineyard, this 100% organic wine delivers precision and energy highlighted by stony minerality and flavour definition. The nose includes bright aromas of fresh apples, lemon, orchard fruits and a hint of oak spices, while the palate focuses on layers of green apple and pear, soft ripe blood orange on the mid-palate and a spark of citrus peel on the finish to highlight the minerality component of this bright and refreshing wine.
