What a perfumed, elegant, structured wine, with all the elements of fruit, wood, tannins, intensity, just in the right place. It shows great tannic composition, powerful black and red berry fruits, denseness, and a classic, fresh aftertaste, almost menthol like. The nose and the palate are in total synch. It it feels like this wine is a step ahead of the other two 2019s, more homogenic and now fully shining. The aromas are along the spectrum of red and dark cherry, blackberry, fresh cigar, pencil shavings and oak. The texture is expending and getting softer while the elegance and the finesse of the 2019 vintage highlights the medium body Cabernet Sauvignon with long lasting tannins .
