Signature Experiences

Join Carl & Mira Boucher for specially curated experiences that bring you into the heart of the history, soul and terroir of each wine region. 

 

Each of these experiences is a full day of VIP experiences, including behind the scenes tours and tastings with three or more winery owners & winemakers, a chef made lunch and dinner in exclusive settings, and all the details like a drive to and from your accommodations, a special edition shirt (just like at a rock concert!) and keepsake wine glass.

 

Pick ups happen from 9-10am, the events last from 10am-7pm, and you can expect to be dropped off at your accommodations between 7-9pm at your leisure.

 

These experiences happen in small groups of 12-15 guests maximum.

A little about us, your hosts:

Carl Boucher (yes — Carl from Carl’s Wine Club!) spent nearly 25 years curating Wine Spectator–winning lists for Canada’s top restaurants and consulting on multi-million-dollar cellars. 

 

Then one day, the CEO of WestJet asked him to find great Canadian wines to serve onboard… and Carl had his “wait a second” moment. Turns out, Canadian wine isn’t just good — it's in a full-blown golden era. 

 

Today Carl tastes thousands of Canadian wines from coast to coast each year. Tough job… but someone’s got to do it so you can skip straight to the gems. 🍷😉

 

Mira Boucher is Carl's foil - unapologetically NOT the wine expert, and simply a lover of wine. Her background in the educational sector included one of Canada's largest philanthropic campaigns, running several businesses and being an executive coach. In Carl's Wine Club, Mira builds the community and customer experience.

 

Together we've tasted over 6,000 Canadian wines in the last five years alone, and visited hundreds of wineries. We're thrilled to bring you the best discoveries to help you plan a trip of a lifetime in Canada's wine country!
