Wineries ship wine directly to consumers within Canada, according to applicable legislation. Carl's Wine Club may assist wineries or members in making arrangements for shipping, checking on shipping status, and ensuring safe passage of the wines. 

Only adults who meet the drinking age in their respective province or territory may sign for a package on delivery or pick up. Valid government photo ID may be requested to confirm you are of age. Packages may be withheld until they can be delivered and signed for by an adult who is confirmed to be above the drinking age in their respective province or territory.
