It's also fascinating to taste these alongside their Chardonnay or Pinot Noir counterparts from the same vineyards, for instance the Wismer-Foxcroft Gamay vs the Wismer-Foxcroft Chardonnays. You'll notice similarities - and that's when you know you're sensing the terroir at play!
