Day 1 : Arrival in Paris & Welcome Reception

Begin your journey in the City of Light, with a welcome canapé reception at a surprise, undisclosed location in Paris. Meet your fellow travelers and toast to the week ahead. One night in a luxury Paris hotel.

Day 2: Paris to Burgundy – First Taste

Breakfast and mimosas in Paris before boarding your First Class TGV train to Beaune or Dijon. Settle into our château, then enjoy a private chef’s dinner featuring iconic Burgundy wines alongside a selection of Canadian “rock star” bottles. A special guest will join us to share the rich history of Burgundy and preview the days ahead.

Day 3: the Chardonnay Day – Meursault

Immerse yourself in the golden heart of white Burgundy with a day in Meursault, home to some of the world’s most revered Chardonnays. Enjoy two winery visits, lunch in the village, and an evening Chardonnay-themed dinner back at the château.

With 25+ years as a leader in the wine and hospitality industry, Carl knows his way around a cellar (and can curate a heck of a wine trip!). Mira has led events with a VIP guest list as big as 1,200 people in her university advancement career. Together, they’ve built Carl’s Wine Club, hosted national tastings, and created unforgettable wine journeys. Now they’re bringing that mix of expertise and fun to Burgundy — so you can discover and enjoy one of the world’s greatest wine regions like never before!

With Special Guests: Richard & Twylla Da Silva

Richard grew up in a family of grape growers whose roots in the Okanagan wine industry go back to the 1950s. Today he and Twylla own and run Da Silva Vineyards and Winery, crafting some of Canada’s most talked-about wines. With deep farming roots and a winemaking philosophy built on authenticity and place, they’ve created a true destination for wine lovers. Richard brings the vineyard know-how, Twylla the warm hospitality, and together they make every tasting feel like you’re part of the family.

With Special Guests: Fabian and Stephanie Reis

Fabian and Stephanie are the force behind Ferox by Fabian Reis, a Niagara winery known for bold, uncompromising wines that push boundaries. Fabian, raised in a German winemaking family, brings Old World training with New World energy. Stephanie adds her gift for welcoming guests into their story with a background in sports marketing. Side by side, they’ve built a winery that’s as fearless as its name, and we can't wait to taste some of their highly rated wines in Burgundy with them!
