2020 Nostalgia "Family Collection" Meritage 🔥 94pts 🔥 Exclusive Release!

$44.00

From the spectacular 2020 vintage, this South Okanagan Meritage showcases power and concentration. At the same time, there's also finesse and precision. The texture is rich but also refined. The acidity hits at the right time, and the finish is absolutely spectacular.

On the nose, classic aromas of black cherry, blackberry, red currant, tobacco, and chocolate. The flavours are perfectly aligned with the nose, which makes this wine symmetrical and almost pin-point perfect.

With six years of age, it's in a great spot right now. The tannins have softened and it's drinking beautifully. But don't worry, there's another half a decade ahead if cellared properly.

One more thing. At $44 this is an incredible value! If you look at the other Gold medal wines in this category, you won't find many under $60. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2022 Nostalgia Rockabilly Red 🔥 92+pts

$31.99
$34.00

You've probably heard me say this before: I absolutely love a splash of Syrah in my Meritage! I think it brings spice, punch and complexity to an otherwise complete wine. The Rockabilly Red has everything to warrant a BBQ favourite wine.

On the nose, aromas of black cherry, blue plum, dark chocolate, oak spice, and cedar. The palate is well balanced with good acidity, which is perfect for the dinner table, but also good richness on the mid-palate. Flavours are dominated by bright blue fruits, as well as sweet tobacco leaves, a hint of charcoal past the mid-palate, and a finish bursting with spice from that Syrah.

On blind tasting, this wine reminds me a lot of the Da Silva Vinho Tinto, which is a great compliment. All around, a great and approachable wine! (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2022 Nostalgia Merlot Cabernet | 91pts

$37.99
$40.00

A bold, approachable and easy drinking Merlot Cab blend. Typical of what I can expect from a South Okanagan red, this wine aged for nine months in French and American oak barriques.

Offers aromas of dark fruits, vanilla, a hint of savouriness and loads of oak spice. The palate is concentrated and punchy, and I can pick up the Merlot easily with notes of plum, dark chocolate and fresh herbs. Meanwhile the Cabernet typicity comes up with black cherry, black currant and graphite. I also like the finish that showcases the barrels. A good length and complexity add to the overall enjoyment. (Carl Boucher, July 30, 2026).

2022 Nostalgia “Family Collection” Chardonnay | 92pts 🔥 Exclusive Release!

$36.00

A throwback-style Chard: bold, oaky, rich, but also balanced and feisty. A style that I personally like, and miss a lot. This wine has spent 13 months in French oak barrels, including a whopping 50% in new oak, which explains a lot. 70% of the fruits come from the home vineyard on the Black Sage Bench, and the remaining 30% come from the Freestone Vineyard in Gallagher Lake.

On the nose, aromas of yellow apple, pear, creme brulee and almond cookie. The palate is soft, rich, concentrated with flavours of poached apples, pears, white peach, and a hint of citrus. The finish is lengthy and offers white pepper and oak spices. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2025 Nostalgia Sauvignon Blanc | 91pts

$25.99

This South Okanagan Sauv Blanc displays a wonderful blend of tropical fruit, blended nicely with citrus fruits. Dry and well managed alcohol, this wine has bright acidity and is awesomely expressive on the nose with passion fruit, white flower, yellow apple and orange peel. The palate is generous and ripe, with high acidity and expressive flavours of stone fruits with an edge of lemon. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

$29.99

I'm not usually a big fan of Merlot Rose, but this one hits the spot in all the right ways! Made with 24 hour skin contact in the Saigne method, this wine came out bone dry, with great concentration and bright acidity.

On the nose, lots of crushed berries and a hint of herbaciousness. The palate has flavours of red cherry, crushed raspberries, and a hint of citrus that keeps everything lifted. The finish lingers more than I expected. I feel like the 13% of Syrah plays a big role in the finish. Two thumbs up to this exciting rose! (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2022 Nostalgia “Family Collection” Cabernet Sauvignon 🔥 93pts 🔥 Exclusive Pre-Release

$44.00

This wine is still a baby, and has a very long life ahead! Aged for 16 months in French and American oak, including 20% new, the tannins are still grippy and up-front, but I guarantee this will resolve with time. Bold and rich with alcohol levels nearing 14%, this wine is very well balanced and expresses a true sense of the South Okanagan.

On the nose, graphite, tobacco, dark fruits, and a hint of fresh picked purple flowers. On the palate, black cherry, black currant, fresh crushed raspberry, cherry pie, and loads of spice on the back end including cloves and cinnamon. This has to be spicier one of the three I've tasted (2019, 2020, 2022) and might be the one with the longest aging potential as well.

All in all, this is a super star in the making, and I can't wait to see what this wine has to say in 3-5 years. Buy this one in multiples so you can see the evolution over time. I believe you'll be rewarded by that choice. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2020 Nostalgia Cabernet Sauvignon | 91+pts

$44.00

The 2020 is easy to drink and approachable, coming from a warmer vintage. Bold, rich and powerful with a full mid-palate and ripe flavours. Still, the alcohol is well managed, and the wine is greatly balanced.

On the nose, ripe dark cherry, blackberry and blueberry, with a hint of fresh herbs and barrel influence. the palate is soft, but the tannins are still present, which brings more "oumph." Dominant flavours are ripe dark fruits, with a lengthy fruity finish. Not as complex as the 2019, but highly enjoyable.

With such tiny production, this wine is rare, and it's worth getting your hands on a few bottles. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2019 Nostalgia “Family Collection” Cab Sauv | 91pts

$49.00

The Cab Sauv comes from Gina's dad's farm in Osoyoos, whose fence borders the US. This is as far South as you can go in the South Okanagan, and showcases the most sunshine and heat units to ripen the Cab Sauv. A little splash of Merlot and Malbec help round up this great wine. 2019 was known as a cooler vintage and you can feel it with a lower alcohol percentage (13%) and tighter structure. This wine spent 15 months in French and American oak, including 30% new barrels.

On the nose, black cherry, black currant, tobacco, espresso coffee, and fresh sage. With seven years of age, the tannins have started to soften up, but the mid-palate is still lifted, a great signature of the 2019 vintage. Flavours of dark berries and cherries, dark cocoa, and lots of oak spice on the back-end. The finish is also highlighted by that classic charcoal-like sensation that I love with Cab Sauv. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2022 Nostalgia “Family Collection” Malbec 🔥 93+pts 🔥 Exclusive Release

$45.00

Deep, dark, chewy, bold, juicy...wow! Another great surprise from this small producer, with only 50 cases made. Balanced and integrated, this South Okanagan Malbec will have the chance to age easily for a decade or more.

Being one of the first to have access, this is a really cool opportunity to see the consistency of the world class Malbec program at Nostalgia.

Aromas of licorice, tobacco, blackberry, black currant, and caramel as well as floral notes. The palate is bold and rich, with some earthy notes, and a burst of blueberry jam, black currants, a hint of red currant right in the mid-palate, dark chocolate and charcoal-like evolution past the mid-palate. All leading to a white pepper, black pepper, lengthy finish. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2020 Nostalgia Malbec-Petit Verdot 🔥 94pts 🔥 Exclusive Release

$45.00

This 50-50 split of Malbec and Petit Verdot is an absolute rock star wine, and very likely going in my Top 10 Wines of 2026! Bold but balanced (14.1% ABV), concentrated and expressive, this wine has everything to impress the geekiest of the wine geeks.

Who doesn't like to say they love Petit Verdot? I sure do myself. But both Malbec AND Petit Verdot? This is a match made in heaven.

Fruity, floral, and herbal aromas seem like a lot at first, but all of them find their place in a beautiful way in this wine's progression on the nose and palate. The palate itself is dense, with ripe tanins and a spectacular length. Flavours include blackberry, black cherry, tobacco, smoked cigar, and a hint of grilled meat smokiness. Lots of black cracked pepper on the finish.

This wine will continue to evolve over the next few years, and with such tiny production, this can become a trophy wine of the Okanagan.

And at $45? Shhh. This is a steal of a deal. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2020 Nostalgia Malbec | 92pts 🔥 Exclusive Release

$45.00

Big, bold, dense, juicy and concentrated! In other words, a BIG wine. There's nothing light and discreet, but holy smokes, it's pretty darn good!!!

Aromas of dark plum, cassis, violet, cracked pepper, and cigar box. The palate is rich, full bodied, lengthy and powerful with flavours of spicy blueberry jam, preserved plum, black cherry, savoury notes, and loads of oak spice lingering for a long long time. The tannins are exceptionally soft, and also hang around for a long time.

This very very tiny production highlights the exceptional potential of the Osoyoos terroir for Malbec. This isn't the first time that I've tasted a great, bold Malbec from this region. This wine is one of the very top examples of South Okanagan Malbec I've ever tasted. (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2020 Nostalgia “Family Collection” Syrah 🔥 93+pts 🔥 Exclusive Release

$50.00

I really like the quote from Sara D'Amato from Wine Align: "An undeniably Platinum-level BC Syrah." This was also my first thought when I had my first sip of this wine!

The aromas are very expressive, showcasing great aspects of the Syrah grape like dark and blue fruits, graphite, and floral components. This sets the tone very well for the incredible palate that follows with legth, complexity, texture and density. Defined flavours of cassis, black currant, blackberry, savouriness, and lots of lots of black pepper in every sip and on the finish. The acid is at the right place, the tannins are currently resolving, and this wine is in a perfect spot right now.

Wow...well done!! (Carl Boucher, July 29, 2026).

2022 Nostalgia “Family Collection” Syrah 🔥 93+pts 🔥 Exclusive Pre-Release

$44.00

The 2022 vintage was a cooler but equally exceptional vintage compared to the hotter 2020 vintage. Comparing the two vintages through the 2022 and 2020 Nostalgia "Family Collection" Syrah is a great experience. While the 2020 is big, rich, opulent and spicy, the 2022 is more on dark fruits, energy and grilled meat. This is vintage variation in a nutshell. Both are 93+ points and an excellent addition to any cellar!

On the nose, violets, rosemary, blackberry, black cherry, oak spice and pencil shavings. On the palate, black currant, black plum, cranberry jam, and black cracked pepper. The tannins are beautiful, while still a little rigid given the young age. The oak is moving into the right places on the palate, and everything is showing incredible long term potential. Might even be better for the cellar than the warmer 2020 vintage.

Carl's Wine Club is Canada's first pan-Canadian, direct-to-consumer wine club.

Being a member of the wine club is FREE and you have access to our informative emails and our live virtual events with Carl to learn more about Canadian wineries.

How does shipping work?

The wineries ship these wines to you via couriers like Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, ATS or GLS and the wines arrive right to your doorstep! No need to spend time or gas or manpower to visit a store.
