Made from 48% estate fruit and 52% from trusted Niagara growers, this Pinot was aged 12 months in French oak. A very classic Niagara profile—floral and earthy on the nose, with fresh acidity, soft tannins, and a long, complex finish. Flavours of stewed strawberry, blue plum, cassis, orange peel, fresh rosemary, and a hint of sweet tobacco leaf. One of this wine’s best attributes is its versatility at the dinner table.
