This great blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir & Cab Franc comes together nicely, showcasing mouth-watering acidity and a soft mid-palate. The Gamay prevails on the nose, with expressive aromas of ripe raspberry, strawberry cream, crabapple and a hint of purple flowers. The palate is very easygoing and could be the perfect crowd pleaser for the holidays with great food versatility. Flavours of strawberry, rhubarb, raspberry, a line of lemon zest and green lime, while a spark of tartness on the back palate adds complexity to a highly quaffable wine. It finishes on a note of caramel candied apple, make it even more pleasing. Clearly, Ilya Senchuk is making rose with aging potential, as this 2022 still running on vibrancy and acidity.
