This entry level Riesling has the perfect price point to provide value for everyone who would like to enter the complex world of Riesling. On the nose, you’ll find slight notes of petrol, Meyer lemon, honey melon, peach, lilac and loads of flinty minerality. On the palate, I appreciate the silky, rich texture. The style is slightly off dry, offering mouth-watering notes of ripe and juicy lime, lemon sorbet, tangerine, peach, crunchy ginger and a hint of white pepper. The finish displays a good amount of stony minerality, which is a classic from the Twenty-mile Bench sub-appellation, where the Riesling vineyard is located.
