Like a true Champagne, it offers tremendous complexity, razor-sharp acidity, and seamless transitions from entry to finish. The nose shows fresh croissant, pear, green apple, jasmine, and salty ocean spray. The palate is generous and soft, with lively, well-dispersed bubbles.
