The nose is a blend of orchard fruits like peach and pear, hazelnut, almond, fresh baked croissant, and a hint of wild berries. The palate is layered and generous with white peach, freshly crushed raspberries, a hint of Meyer lemon, and poached yellow apples. The mousse is just decadent, soft and creamy – even a slight salinity to it also. The 5g residual sugar keeps a hint of natural sweetness and makes the wine so complete.
