The 2020 vintage provided perfect conditions for Merlot across Ontario growing regions and Lake Erie North Shore was no exception. Aged 16 months in French oak barrels, this medium-plus bodied wine features a super soft texture, good length, and great structure. On the nose, aromas of liquorice, cassis, blue plum and vanilla. The palate displays notes of red and black cherry, plum, and milk chocolate. An easy drinking wine at a great value for the price!
