After an amazing vintage in 2020, the grapes remained clean and ripe heading into the winter season. These were picked after temperatures dropped below -8°C and pressed while frozen to produce a concentrated juice, which was then carefully fermented into this delicate dessert wine (winery notes).

Outstanding concentration of lemon meringue, dried apricot, honeysuckle, and peach syrup, all beautifully lifted by a bright streak of acidity. A true masterpiece.
