A terrific result at this price point, offering a beautiful balance between texture and precision. Two-thirds of the fruit comes from the Estate Senchuk Vineyard and was natively fermented in French oak for 10 months. On the nose, this Chardonnay is richly aromatic with bright notes of citrus (lemon curd and orange blossom), melon, and peach. The same profile continues on  the palate with a silky opening that slowly builds to a broad mid-palate and long finish with lingering ocean and seashell saltiness. Crisp wet stone minerality and juicy acidity lift and support the generous fruit and provide the framework for a decent aging potential. A creamy texture carries lush, ripe tropical fruits, ample richness and toasty nuances in this balanced, medium-bodied wine.
