This pre-release of small batch Estate Pinot Noir was fermented wild, and spent 7 months in French oak with a generous use of 20% new French. 

Well rounded, vibrant, and bright natural Summerland acidity plus a stunning depth of complexity. Opens with an Old World floral, herbacious and earthy approach. The fruit profile develops a lot after a couple of hours breathing. While sipping on this young and delicious Pinot you can expect aromas and flavours of purple basil, blue plum, potpourri, wild raspberry, vanilla, and cedar.
