Pinot Blanc from the Lunessence estate on the Summerland Bench, brilliantly blended with Semillon (barrel fermented) from OK Falls. The result? A stunning white! 

Gorgeous on the nose with floral notes, white peaches, and fresh cut ambrosia apples. The palate is light but rich with great complexity. The flavours are all in the wheelhouse of poached pears, zesty lime, and a hint of tropical fruit. There's so much structure and a great deal of seriousness likely from the Semillon - making this a perfect food wine!
