Fantastic texture, pristine freshness, stunning complexity! A wonderful snapshot of Stratus Vineyards and the winemaker’s dedication in blending details and intricacy.  With a year in neutral either French oak or in amphora, each varietal was fermented and aged separately. The intense and layered nose presents bold aromas of green apple, pear, hints of orange blossom and ginger with touches of lemon and white flowers. On the palate, flavours of apple, guava, beeswax and apricot. What a thrilling white blend that defines the diversity and the wonderful potential of this beautiful area of Niagara-on-the-Lake!  (Carl Boucher, October 2, 2024).
