The rockstar of the lineup. In my opinion, this sits at the very top tier of Niagara Pinot Noir. An absolute stunner. The flagship Pinot from Tawse opens with bright red berries, cherry, angel cake, and forest floor. The palate is alive with ripe fruit, tension, and acidity. Raspberry, cranberry, crushed strawberry, hints of black tea, and cinnamon. The finish is long, savoury, and mineral-driven. This is a gold medal in the making… yesss, I said it!
