Winery Notes: Our Cabernet Merlot is a well-balanced wine that captures the essence of its varietals. On the nose, enjoy inviting notes of ripe cherry, accompanied by subtle hints of raspberry. On the palate, this wine showcases a perfect integration of flavours, with hints of liquorice, cassis, and black cherry taking centre stage.

Carl's Notes from Previous Vintage (2022):

Seductive nose of red cherry, cassis, ripe raspberry and a slight hint of coffee. The palate is red fruit dominant with strawberry, raspberry, licorice, currants and a hint of blueberries. The medium-length finish has white pepper, chocolate and lingers for a nice while. Crunchy wine with bright acid and a perfect food partner. It's a crowd pleaser perfect for receptions and parties.
