2023 Closson Chase “South Clos” Pinot Noir 🔥 95pts | Exclusive Pre-Release!

The tiny South Clos parcel is the crown jewel of Closson Chase and the 2023 vintage is hitting a level I've not tasted before...95 points! Definitely one of my top 10 wines of the year. It's not only becoming iconic for Closson Chase, it's become a cult wine of PEC in general, due to the high quality and small production. Winemaker Keith Tyers has outdone himself on this one. Ripe, rich and hedonistic with a nose of ripe red fruits, dark fruits, a hint of vanilla, mocha and crushed raspberries. The palate? Rich and layered, while the acid hits the perfect notes. The barrel influence is spot on. The complexity is out of this world. Not really available anywhere. We have an exclusive pre-release right now!
