This is an unusual and surprising blend of almost equal parts Pinot Noir and…Cabernet Sauvignon. Yes, Cabernet Sauvignon! This is a rare combination, but it works like a charm. Both grape varietals complement each other beautifully, with Pinot Noir dominating the front palate and Cabernet Sauvignon adding depth on the back end.

The nose reveals delicious aromas of raspberry, cranberry, red cherry, a hint of citrus, and fresh thyme. The palate has impressive volume and texture, with bright acidity on the mid-palate. Flavours of red cherry, crabapple, strawberry jam, and a long white pepper finish make this a standout.
