2024 Liebling "Andrew's Vineyard" Sauvignon Blanc | 92pts

This small batch Sauvignon Blanc was picked at 5:30am to preserve a sky high acidity, from a Niagara-on-the-Lake single vineyard. That worked perfectly. Bright, crisp, with wonderful energy, this wine is very expansive and exuberant: truly Sauvignon Blanc.  Nose of gooseberry,  grapefruit,  freshly cut grass and orange peel. You cant miss the varietal.  The palate is clean and pure as well reflecting the aromas to the T. Only stainless-steel fermentation and aging. The value proposition here is absolutely off the charts!
