A great Four Mile Creek VQA Gamay, with a load of spices and floral components. Using second fill and neutral oak highlights this wine so well. On the nose, aromas of violet, potpourri, dark chocolate, red cherry, white pepper and cinnamon.  The palate showcases the approachable side of Gamay but also some serious angles like red currant, meatiness, spices and oak.
