This outstanding value blend stays true to previous vintages, developing a distinctive house style that makes it a “buy-by-the-case” kind of wine. On the nose, vibrant aromas of black raspberry, cassis, plum, fresh herbs, and orange pith lead to bright, pure, and juicy fruit flavors. Lightly grainy tannins provide great structure, while chocolate notes linger on the finish before a burst of clove and white pepper adds length and unexpected complexity.
