Made from two sources of grapes across the Okanagan – Osoyoos and Summerland, this Traditional Method Sparkling is starting to hit its prime window of drinkability! The profile of this bubbly is at the complete opposite of the 2018 Free Form Blanc de Noir (see Bonus Picks) with a zippy and energetic delivery. This is a zero dosage sparkling based on citrus fruits and high acidity levels, fermented exclusively in concrete and stainless-steel to help preserve freshness and its expressive personality. On the nose, aromas of lime, lemon, hazelnut and loads of white flowers like jasmine and chamomile. On the palate, the texture is leaner but more precise, delivering mouth watering acidity. Flavours of key lime, salty lemon zest, green apple, white cranberry,  pink grapefruits , and ginger. A slight toastiness appears past the mid-palate. The bubbles are fine and discreet, but fit perfectly with the directional style of this wine and I also truly appreciate the chalky finish . (Carl Boucher, October 30, 2024).
