I swear, I geeked out on this wine for at least seven days. Every day was a new and enjoyable surprise. Great texture, tremendous complexity, acidity levels on par, and overall, a very seductive wine.

 

On the nose, sweet lemon, pear, tangerine, and a hint of savouriness. The palate showcases all of the attributes of Prince Edward County, including that long mineral finish, sustained in a great structure and a delicious crusty lemon pie meringue style. 

 

Having this wine side-by-side with the North block counterpart from the same vintage is absolutely fascinating! (Carl Boucher, August 12, 2026).
