2020 Nostalgia Malbec-Petit Verdot 🔥 94pts 🔥 Exclusive Release

This 50-50 split of Malbec and Petit Verdot is an absolute rock star wine, and very likely going in my Top 10 Wines of 2026! Bold but balanced (14.1% ABV), concentrated and expressive, this wine has everything to impress the geekiest of the wine geeks.

Who doesn't like to say they love Petit Verdot? I sure do myself. But both Malbec AND Petit Verdot? This is a match made in heaven.

Fruity, floral, and herbal aromas seem like a lot at first, but all of them find their place in a beautiful way in this wine's progression on the nose and palate. The palate itself is dense, with ripe tanins and a spectacular length. Flavours include blackberry, black cherry, tobacco, smoked cigar, and a hint of grilled meat smokiness. Lots of black cracked pepper on the finish. 

This wine will continue to evolve over the next few years, and with such tiny production, this can become a trophy wine of the Okanagan.
