Wow, what a treat! This wine is sophisticated, intriguing, and so so delicious. With lots of the original characteristics of Old World Barolos, this modern North American version will take you on a journey. Aromas of blue fruits, floral notes of roses and violets, hints of tobacco and cedar: I can smell this wine all day long! The palate is vibrant, energetic, and layered with notes of blueberry, blue plum, cassis, plus mushrooms, tobacco, fresh herbs, and cloves. I swear this is like drinking a grippy Pinot Noir. With only 38 cases made, and the only Nebbiolo I know if in Canada (and the best!), don’t miss your chance to taste this very special treat! I recommend an hour decant.
