From a vineyard in the Niagara Lakeshore appellation, this wine was fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. This is a classic expression of “New World” Sauvignon Blanc, with a clear focus on freshness and pure fruit expression.

Easy drinking, delivering a lively and mouth-watering acidity, this wine is the perfect crowd-pleasing selection or a first course dinner pairing.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon curd, fresh pear, melon, and passionfruit. Flavours of citrus, kiwi, gooseberry and lemon zest give way to more subtle hints of grassiness and fresh herbs, mint tea, guava and pineapple.
