Super intense with great varietal precision. Soft, expressive, with no green edge. Red pepper, blueberry jam, sweet red cherry, and fresh sage. Rugged tannins after mid-palate, but they’ll soften up soon. White pepper takes over on the finish. Tremendous value—this will age well for 5+ years. (Carl Boucher, May 14, 2025).
