This cute half-bottle of bubbly is first and foremost very well priced, secondly, very convenient, and third, very delicious and enjoyable.

 

Crafted from a single vineyard in the Vinemount Ridge, this wine is balanced and dry. The nose if filled with orchard fruits and white flowers, with a hint of petrol that clearly shows you this is from the Riesling grape. The palate has energy and complexity, and the finish lingers for quite a while. (Carl Boucher, October 7, 2026).
