Sourced from three different vineyards across the Cowichan Valley, including some of the oldest Pinot Gris vines at the Blue Grouse Estate, this Pinot Gris was fermented in a mix of concrete (80%) and neutral French oak (20%). This gives the wine both texture and nerve. The concrete preserves the purity and highlights the beautiful line of minerality found across the wine's profile, while the touch of neutral oak enhances the texture and mouthfeel.
